Customer Testimonial

I just recently discovered the Nature Photography Collective and after attending a few of the online classes I became increasingly comfortable with the professionalism of the group.  Going to Death Valley was a first-time experience and I was not disappointed!

I appreciated all the amazing people an adventure like this brings together and I especially liked the personal touch like on the last evening where Nathan worked with four of us on nighttime painting where we could get proper exposures.  With our camp setup far away from major roads the golden hour and blue hour schedule for shooting was perfect. Too many workshops just plan for daytime shooting without taking advantage of the golden hour and blue hour lighting.

I look forward to when we all get back together for a post processing critique of our images and I plan to see NPC really soon for another adventure.

Customer Testimonial

I impulsively signed up for an overlanding photography workshop with Nic. After I signed up, I wondered how prepared and capable he was when it came to safety and possible emergency situations that arise in the backcountry. I met with him online for a pre-trip overview, and before I could ask, he volunteered that he is certified as a Wilderness First Responder, carries a well stocked first aid kit and even has an AED. He is very experienced as an overlander and is well equipped and prepared. He has Starlink so that he can call for help if needed. Nic’s confidence and skills in the backcountry were very reassuring and I immediately felt better knowing that we would be in capable hands. The workshop was fantastic!
